What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

At the time of purchase, these ARE normally organized and part of our delivery process.Where possible we try to use STANDARD delivery Service . or registered mail or Courier delivery giving protection to the SENDER and RECIEVER, However, each Country delivery AND services can differ please check these services and advice as the preferred method. It is Vital Qi Supplements policy to ensure a safe and confident delivery, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local delivery service first. We also use online tracking where ever possible

We use EMS or Hong Kong Post for International deliveries which include online tracking with a signature on delivery. The system is NORMAL or Standard delivery service, express service is optional and at the expense of the Customer.that allows delivery to most western countries in 6 to 10 business days or EXPRESS at 3 to 5 BUSINESS days. We do not have control of Local time frames.can be longer check with your local Mail Centre.Even Express can be delayed in Customs as each Country differs.

What happens if customs prevent my order from entering my country of stated delivery?

As each country in the world has their own custom requirements for specific products, Providing it is for your own personal use and not for supply it can be delivered to your country of Origin. However, you should check prior to placing an order. Where an order is returned to Vital Qi Supplements by Customs in resaleable order we will refund the order less freight cost incurred.

How do I cancel an Order

The best way to cancel an order is by calling us Direct Australia + 61 280113867 Alternately you can email us within office hours,however you must remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched the same or next business day. Orders that are in fulfillment cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back at the expense of the customer. As long as the Product internal’y is in original condition or the cancellation is due to circumstances consistent with the ‘consumer guarantees’ outlined in the International Consumer law. (for example if the goods are damaged in transit , a full refund less postage will be provided.

How ever if dispatched delivery is iminent we unable to refund unless returned by the reciever in saleable condition at the recievers expense .

How can I track the progress of my order?

You can also track your order status during processing as well as delivery by logging online,at EMS and clicking on your relevant order /tracking number. The status will allow you to see the stage it is at if it has been shipped, And by pressing the track order button after it has been shipped, you can see the latest information EMS Postal service has on your order.

What is Vital Qi Supplement Privacy Statement
